One-Off: Vermont Board
Vermont board is an experiment I tried a few years ago. I added an inlay that look like cowspots. the other Vermont reference in the board is it unusual but familiar V shape that it shares with the state. I really love how they turned out, and customers complimented them but showing off a VT shaped board in NYC and LA didn't seem to grab much traction since it wasn't pertinent to the locale. because the pieces are narrow at 8 in wide at its widest point and about 15 inches long it is more suitable as a cheese board than a chopping block. both pieces have recessed rubber feet so that it's it's a hair above whatever it is resting on.
