Shipping policy

Shipping from coast to coast via UPS ground tends to be $20-30. Rates are about $15-20 in the Northeast/Midwest. Typically, we process orders on Wednesday, and these orders ship Friday (keep in mind that we are Eastern Standard Time!). Sometimes, this process does get pushed into the following week. 
International shipping varies a lot, but generally is in the $45 to $100 range.
