A custom butcher block countertop changes how a kitchen feels. Whether you're replacing a worn surface, finishing an island, or building something from scratch, we mill custom countertops in walnut, cherry, and maple — the same USA-sourced hardwoods we use for our cutting boards. Long grain for a cleaner, more traditional look. End grain if you want a surface that doubles as a serious cutting block or just enjoy the design. Both built to last. Substance at the surface.
Trade Pricing & Rewards
Approved trade accounts receive 20% off our retail countertop pricing. For your first project or your next installation, that means custom craftsmanship with room in your budget.
Our tiered rewards program adds up to 5% back in store credit on qualifying countertop purchases, alongside your trade discount. Your reward rate is based on your qualifying countertop spending over the preceding 12 months:
| Qualifying spending | Store credit earned |
|---|---|
| Under $7,500 | No additional credit |
| $7,500–$14,999.99 | 2% |
| $15,000–$29,999.99 | 3% |
| $30,000+ | 5% |
Qualifying spending is calculated after discounts and refunds, excluding tax and shipping. Once you reach a new tier, the higher reward rate starts with your next qualifying purchase. Store credit goes toward future orders.

Typically 3–6 weeks. Rush orders are available.
Sizing & thickness
We generally recommend at least 1.25" for long-grain countertops and 1.75" for end grain. If you're unsure what thickness or construction is appropriate for your project, contact us before ordering.

Shipping & Delivery
Brooklyn Butcher Blocks ships custom butcher block countertops throughout the United States. Because every countertop is made to order, shipping methods and costs depend on the finished dimensions, weight, and destination.
Smaller countertops and wood tops may ship by UPS. Larger countertops are typically shipped using freight or a specialized carrier to provide safer, more practical transport for oversized pieces.
Local or regional delivery may be available for projects in the Hudson Valley, New York City, Northern New Jersey, and surrounding areas. Pickup is available upon request.
Countertops are carefully packaged to protect the finished surface and edges during transportation. If your project requires an unusually large or heavy top, multiple pieces, or special delivery arrangements, contact us before ordering and we'll help determine the appropriate shipping method.
Shipping or delivery charges are calculated separately from the countertop price where applicable.
For custom projects or shipping questions, contact us with your dimensions and ZIP code and we'll be happy to help.
